The Bayelsa State Ministry of Youth Development has launched the 2026 Foreign Scholarship Empowerment Program (SEP) to support brilliant students with fully funded international scholarships across top universities in America, Europe and Asia.
This initiative aims to empower young minds in Science, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences to pursue higher education abroad based on academic merit.
Who Can Apply for Bayelsa State Scholarship?
The scholarship is open to the following eligible categories:
- First Class and Second Class Graduates
- Postgraduate (Master’s) Students
- Academic Lecturers and Researchers
- Early-Career Professionals
Whether you studied Engineering, Medicine, Law, Arts or Social Sciences, you are eligible to apply.
