CREDICORP Loan for NYSC 2025 – Apply on YouthCred Portal

The Federal Government of Nigeria in collaboration with the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially launched the FG CREDICORP NYSC Loan 2025 to provide active corps members with quick, collateral-free loans under a new financial inclusion initiative called YouthCred.

This loan program is part of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s pledge to expand youth access to affordable consumer credit starting July 2025.

About the YouthCred CREDICORP Loan?

YouthCred is the new official platform for applying for the CREDICORP loan, designed for serving NYSC members only. It offers upfront funding between ₦100,000 and ₦150,000 with no need for collateral or guarantors.

The loan is repayable monthly throughout your service year and includes a mandatory financial literacy course that improves your credit score and boosts your loan eligibility.

Eligibility Requirements for CREDICORP YouthCred Loan

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a currently serving corps member (NYSC)
  • Possess a valid NYSC number
  • Have any of the following: NYSC ID Card, Call-up Letter or Posting Letter
  • Successfully complete a credit education program via the YouthCred portal

Follow these steps to apply:

1. Go to: https://app.youthcred.com

2. Click “Apply Now” or “Register”

3. Fill in your NYSC and personal details

4. Complete the online credit training

5. Submit your application for review

6. Get disbursed after approval – straight to your bank account
