Is NNPC Recruiting for 2025?

As of now, NNPC is not accepting applications for graduate trainee or experienced positions. The recruitment form for 2025 has not been released yet. While the specific dates for the start and end of the application period are still pending, applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as the portal opens. Positions Available in NNPC Recruitment

1) Graduate Trainee

NNPC’s Graduate Trainee program is designed to develop young talents who will support various functions within the company. Responsibilities include:

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following requirements to apply for the Graduate Trainee position:

A Bachelor’s Degree (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) or HND (Distinction).
A Bachelor’s Degree with a Second Class Lower Division, or HND Upper Credit, plus a completed Master’s Degree.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited university/polytechnic no earlier than 2019.
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Age should not exceed 28 years as of December 31, 2025.
Strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Preferred Fields of Study:

Sciences: Geology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Environmental Science, and more.
Engineering: Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and other related engineering disciplines.
Business & Management: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, etc.
Social Sciences: Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, etc.
Humanities & Arts: Mass Communication, English, History, and more.
Law

2) Experienced Hire Positions

For experienced professionals, NNPC is recruiting for the Supervisory Cadre. Key responsibilities include:

Required Qualifications:
