Below is the list of tertiary institutions whose Post UTME forms are currently out now:
Federal and State Universities
- University of Uyo (UNIUYO): The Post-UTME form was released on July 15, 2025, and the closing date is August 30, 2025.
- University of Ilorin (UNILORIN): Released its 2025 screening form on July 20, closing on September 1. Applicants must score at least 180 in UTME.
- University of Calabar (UNICAL): Sales of the form began on July 17, and it will end on August 29, 2025.
- Rivers State University (RSU): Their 2025 Post UTME form is out since July 14 and the deadline is August 31.
- Niger Delta University (NDU): Started sales on July 16 and will close applications by August 25, 2025.
- Federal University, Otuoke (FUOTUOKE): Form released on July 18, deadline is August 31.
Polytechnics and Colleges of Education
- Federal Polytechnic, Nekede: Started selling its Post-UTME form on July 10, and the closing date is August 30, 2025.
- Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic: Form released on July 12, 2025, and application ends on August 22.

Basic Requirements for Applying
To apply for any 2025 Post-UTME screening, you will typically need:
- A valid JAMB registration number
- Minimum cut-off score for your institution
- 5 relevant O’level credits (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB)

- ₦2,000–₦3,000 application fee
- Scanned passport photo
