FUTA 2025/2026 JAMB and departmental cut off marks for all courses has officially released. Check the required scores for admission into popular programs like Nursing, Computer Science, and more.
The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has officially published the cut off marks for the 2025/2026 academic session. Aspiring students must meet both the JAMB and departmental cut off marks to be considered for admission into their chosen programs.
FUTA JAMB Cut Off Mark for 2025/2026
For the 2025/2026 academic year, all applicants must meet the FUTA JAMB minimum cut off mark of 180 to be eligible for the Post UTME screening process. This means that candidates who score 180 and above in the UTME are qualified to proceed to the next stage of admission.
FUTA Departmental Cut Off Marks for 2025/2026
In addition to the JAMB cut off mark, each department at FUTA has its own departmental cut off mark, which will be announced after the Post UTME screening exercise. To secure admission into your desired course, you must achieve a score that meets or exceeds the departmental cut off mark specific to your chosen program.
It is essential to note that meeting the JAMB cut off mark alone does not guarantee admission. The departmental cut off marks play a significant role in determining who gets admitted. Therefore, after participating in the Post UTME screening, candidates who score above the departmental cut off will be considered for admission into their chosen course. Those who score below the required departmental cut off may not be considered for admission, even if they meet the JAMB cut off mark.
