NCEE 2024 Registration Form Portal, Requirements, How to Apply and Closing Date

NCEE 2024/2025 Registration Form portal login www.neco.gov.ng has open for admission into JSS 1 of Federal Unity Colleges. Read the requirements, how to apply, common entrance examination date and the closing date here.

NCEE 2024 Registration Date?

The National Common Entrance Registration for unity colleges JSS 1 commenced from Monday 15th January, 2024 and will end on to Saturday 20th April, 2024.

How Much is NCEE Form?

The National Common Entrance (NCEE) registration form fees is Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty (N4,750.00) Naira only, per candidate and if you made a mistake in your name while registering, the fee for correction of Name is N2,500.

Eligibility for NCEE 2024 Admission

All final year pupils of primary schools in Nigeria who shall not be less than 10 years by the end of September 2024 are eligible to take the exam.

How to Apply / Register for NCEE 2024

Head Teachers, Parents and Guardians who has met the entry requirements can apply on NCEE portal by following the below procedures:

  1. Visit neco.gov.ng/ncee
  2. Create an online account using phone number and email address
  3. Activate the account from your email
  4. Make payment into the NECO TSA using the following payment options:
    • CARD
    • BANK BRANCH
    • USSD
    • INTERNET BANKING
    • WALLET
    • eNAIRA
  5. Enter the candidate’s bio-data and upload his/her passport size photograph
  6. Print photo card.

Candidates are to choose any three (3) of the following Federal Unity Colleges as First (1st), Second (2nd) and Third (3rd) choices i.e. one (1) school each from any three (3) geopolitical zones.

NOTE:

i. Payment for National Common Entrance Examination is done on the NECO portal, as outlined in (b) above.
ii. Change of Examination Centre as well as change of both Name and Passport will not be entertained after registering a candidate online.
iii. Qualified candidates that chose oversubscribed Colleges are liable to be placed at any available alternative College, according to the carrying capacities of the Federal Unity Colleges.

National Common Entrance Examination Format

The examination will consist of the following:

PAPER I

Part A – Mathematics and General Science

Part B – Quantitative and Vocational Aptitude

PAPER II

Part A – English and Social Studies

Part B – Verbal Aptitude
