1) CONSULTANT – GL. 15
Qualification Requirements:
- MBBS, MBChB degree registerable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
- NYSC discharge certificate or exception certificate;
- Postgraduate Fellowship from the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or West Africa Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalents;
- Current Annual practicing Licence.
2) REGISTRAR – GL. 12
Qualification Requirements:
- MBBS, MBChB degree registerable with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
- NYSC discharge certificate or exception certificate;
- At least one year post-registration cognate experience ;
- Current Annual practicing Licence.
3) MEDICAL OFFICER – GL 12
Qualification Requirements:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery);
- Full registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
- A current practicing Licence;
- Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence;
- NYSC exemption Certificate / NYSC Discharge Certificate.
4. DENTAL OFFICER – GL 12
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree in Dental Surgery;
- Full registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria;
- A current practicing Licence;
- Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence;
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
5) MEDICAL IMAGING SCIENTIST-GL.08
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography (B. Rad) from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification registrable with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria RRBN);
- A current practicing Licence;
- Certificate of Annual Practicing Licence;
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
6) DENTAL THERAPIST-GL.08
Qualification Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Dental Hygiene from an approved Health Institution OR Four-year post WASC/SSSC training programme in an approved School of Dental Hygiene.
- A current practicing Licence.
7) DENTAL TECHNOLOGIST-GL.08
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology;
- A current practicing Licence;
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
8) HEALTH TECHNICIAN (DENTAL SURGERY)-GL.07
Qualification Requirements:
- Completion of three-year training programme at the School of Health Technology.
- Registration with the appropriate Body for Dental Surgery Technician.
- Current practicing Licence.
9) NURSING OFFICER I-GL.09
Qualification Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University.
- Certificate of registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- A current practicing Licence.
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
10) NURSING OFFICER II GL.08
Qualification Requirements:
- RN plus RM.
- Certificate of registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- A current practicing Licence.
11) PHARMACISTS GL 10
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
- Certificate of registration with Pharmacists Registration Board of Nigeria plus at least one-year post registration cognate experience.
- A current practicing Licence.
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
12) PHARMACY TECHNICIAN-GL.07
Qualification Requirements:
- Completion of three-year training programme at the School of Health Technology.
- Registration with the appropriate Body for Pharmacy Technician.
- Current practicing Licence.
13) SCIENTIFIC OFFICER-GL.08
Qualification Requirements:
- B.Sc. in medical and appropriate natural sciences.
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
14) MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST,GL 10
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science.
- Registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- A current practicing Licence.
- NYSC exemption Certificate/NYSC Discharge Certificate.
15) MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN-GL.07
Qualification Requirements:
- Completion of three years training in Medical Laboratory Technician course.
- Registration with Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology of Nigeria for Technician.
- A current practicing Licence.
16) MEDICAL RECORDS TECHNICIAN-GL.07
Qualification Requirements:
- Associate Membership of the Association of Medical Records Technician.
- Associate Membership of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administration.
- Certificate of Registration with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technology.
17) NUTRITION OFFICER II
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree in Nutrition and Food Dietitics.
- Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- NYSC DISCHARGE Certificate / Exemption Certificate.
18) HEALTH ASSISTANT-GL.04
Qualification Requirements:
- Completion of two-year training programme in the School of Health Technology or any other approved Health Institution.
- National Certificate for Health Assistant Cadres.
19) HEALTH ATTENDANT-GL.02
Qualification Requirements:
- First School Leaving Certificate.
20) CLERICAL OFFICER-GL.04
Qualification Requirements:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate.
- General Certificate of Education (O/L) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings.
