The University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan has announced their admission form into 3-year course in Basic Midwifery Programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session to all the qualified candidates.

The sale of UCH admission form commence from Monday 25th March, 2024. The UCH Ibadan application fee is Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) Naira only.

Admission Requirements

• Applicants should be aged 16 years and above at the time of application.
• Possess at least five (5) O Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings of the same examination body of either WAEC or NECO, or NABTEB at one (1) sitting.

How to Apply for UCH Ibadan 2024 Admission

1. Visit the UCH schools portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng and click REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment of Twenty Thousand Naira Only (N20,000.00)
2. After successful payment, candidates are to sign up with his/her RRR, Email and Password used for the payment.
3. Login with your Email and Password to continue the online application
4. Go to the portal on https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng download the Applicants’ User Guide.
5. Follow instructions on the Applicants’ User Guide to input your data and submit your application online..
6. Print a copies of your form and Photocard and bring them to the examination center on the day of the examination.
7. Make a payment of another Two Hundred Naira (N200,00) only into Oyo State Nursing & Midwifery Committee Account, First Bank Plc. 201970.4292.

UCH Ibadan Entrance Examination Date

The entrance exams will be communicated through email, SMS and Hospital’s website.

Examination Venue: Arch. Bamidele Olusegun Samson CBT Centre, University College Hospital, South Campus, Ibadan.

NOTE:

Only applicants with valid examination photocard will be allowed to write the CBT Entrance Examination.
