The application portal for UDUTH School of Midwifery will be open soon. Interested candidates can obtain the form at a non-refundable fee of ₦7,000 (Seven Thousand Naira).
Eligibility Criteria for UDUTH Midwifery Admission 2025
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements to be considered for admission:
- Must have five (5) O’Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
- These credits should be obtained from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB in not more than two sittings.
Step by Step Guide to Apply for UDUTH Midwifery Form 2025
Step 1: Make Payment via Remita
- Go to the official Remita platform: www.remita.net
- Under “MDA,” choose Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto.
- Select UDUTH School of Midwifery as the service type.
- Generate your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) and proceed to pay ₦7,000.
Step 2: Get Your Receipt and Serial Number
- Visit the UDUTH School of Midwifery with your Remita payment receipt.
- Present it at the school cashier’s office to collect an official receipt.
- You will be issued a Serial Number and PIN for your online application.
Step 3: Complete Your Online Application
- Head to the UDUTH admission portal: https://www.spbm.uduth.org.ng/basic
- Input your Serial Number and PIN to log in.
- Fill out the online form accurately and submit.
Step 4: Print Your Form
- Print out a colored copy of your application form after submission.
- This printout will be required on the day of your entrance examination.
