- Score a minimum of 180 in JAMB UTME.
- Have five (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB (two sittings allowed for WAEC/NECO.
- WAEC and NECO can be combined, but NABTEB cannot be combined with others.
- Be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025.
- Choose Akwa Ibom State College of Nursing as their first or second choice in JAMB.
