Akwa Ibom State College of Nursing Registration 2024 Requirements

Interested candidates are to come with two photocopies of the following;
1) Educational Certificates: FSLC and WASSCE, SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB. Five (5) credits in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology, Not more than two (2) sittings except NABTEB which cannot be combined with others.
2) Change of name (if applicable)
3) Birth Certificates/Age declaration
4) Age(16 years and above)
5) Change of name if any
6) Certificate of origin
7) Three recent passport photographs.
