JAMB Change of Course and Institution Portal 2024/2025 Application Form is out for candidates who had a low JAMB score. Read how to change their course of study or institution here.
JAMB Change of Course and Institution portal is designed for candidates who have already applied for admission into universities, polytechnics and colleges of education through JAMB and wish to change their course or institution.
For example, if a candidate did not meet the cut-off mark for their desired course or institution they may need to consider changing to another course or institution where they meet the requirements.
The JAMB Change of Course and Institution application is done online on the official portal https://portal.jamb.gov.ng. The JAMB Change of Course and Institution Form 2024 is sold at the rate of two thousand five hundred naira (N2,500) only.
Kindly note that JAMB Change of Course and Institution portal is not open to everyone. However, candidate can make data corrections to their personal details such as;
- Names Correction: This allows candidates to apply for the correction of names where there are spelling errors or error in the arrangement, e.g. Surname, First name or Last name (Correction can only be done once).
- Date of Birth Correction (Correction can only be done once).
- Passport Photograph Correction (Correction can only be done once).
- Gender Correction: Supporting documents may be required. (Correction can only be done once).
- State/LGA Correction: Supporting documents may be required. (Correction can only be done once).
- Profile Correction (Correction can only be done once).
- Choice of Institution/Course Correction: This allows candidates to apply for a change of course or Institution (Correction can only be done three times with separate payments).
Note:
Candidates are advised to ensure that they meet the requirements for the new course or institution they intend to change to before submitting their application.
JAMB Change of Course and Institution form can only be used once and candidates should carefully consider their options before making any changes.

How to Go About JAMB Change of Course and Institution
To carry out the JAMB Change of Course and Institution, follow the steps below:
- Visit the JAMB e-facility portal at https://portal.jamb.gov.ng/efacility/
- Login to your JAMB profile using your email address and password
- Click on ‘Registration (2024)’ from the list of services on the left side
- Form the drop down; select ‘2024 UTME data correction’ to correct i.e. Course/Institution, Names, Date of Birth, Gender, and State/LGA of Origin
- Proceed to payment
