OAUTHC 2025/2026 ND/HND Nursing Form is Out – Apply Before Deadline.
The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC), Ile-Ife, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into the National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in Nursing for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This opportunity is open to candidates who have the required O’Level subjects, a valid UTME score of 180 and above and chose or wish to choose OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences, Ile-Ife or Ilesa campus, as their first choice institution.

Admission Requirements for ND/HND Nursing
Applicants must:
- Possess five (5) O’Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB (not more than 2 sittings).
- NOTE: Candidates using NABTEB must not combine with other exam types.
- Be at least 16 years old as of January 2025.
- Score a minimum of 180 in the 2025 UTME.
- Choose OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences (Ile-Ife or Ilesa campus) as first choice or change to it.
- Have UTME subject combination: English, Chemistry, Physics, Biology.
Post-UTME Screening Details
- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Date: Tuesday, 26th August to Wednesday, 27th August, 2025
- Venue: To be confirmed after registration
Candidates must upload their O’Level results to JAMB CAPS and ensure their first choice is either OAUTHC IHU, Ile-Ife or WGH, Ilesa.

Follow these steps to apply online:
- Visit the OAUTHC application portal: www.oauthc.gov.ng
- Register and fill out the admission form
- Make payment for the screening and portal access:
- Post UTME Screening Fee: ₦2,000
- Portal Access Fee: ₦13,000
- Total: ₦15,000 (payable via Remita)
- Print out your application slip with exam date and venue.

Post Basic Perioperative Nursing – Application Info
- Duration: 12 months (Nov 2025 – Nov 2026)
- Requirements:
- 5 credits in English, Math, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with NMCN
- Application Fee: ₦15,000
- Closing Date: Friday, 8th August, 2025
- Written Test: Tuesday, 19th August, 2025
- Oral Interview: Wednesday, 20th August, 2025
