How to Submit a Complaint Through the JAMB Portal
If you encounter any issues during your registration or application, you can resolve them by submitting a support ticket via the JAMB Complaints Portal or through WhatsApp. The support ticket is an electronic complaint that is easy to track and is available at no cost to all JAMB candidates.
For issues like “Your passport obtained from NIMC is not valid…” or problems generating your JAMB profile code, you can send an email directly to nimc-jamb2021@nimc.gov.ng.
The JAMB Complaints Portal offers three options to seek support:

Step by Step Guide to Submit a Complaint via the Central Online Support System (COSS)
- Visit the JAMB Support portal: https://jamb.gov.ng/Support
- Click on the “Create Support Ticket” option
- Indicate if you are a JAMB candidate or filing on behalf of someone else – click Yes
- Fill in the required details and click Send. Be sure to save your Transaction ID and provide a valid email address
- JAMB will notify you once your complaint has been addressed
